01. Engagement Protocols
By utilizing the digital solutions, software deployments, and consultation platforms provided by Voxora Solutions, you agree to comply with our established operational framework. We specialize in engineering bespoke high-performance web applications and custom local artificial intelligence architectures, and these terms ensure a balanced development sprint cycle.
02. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property
Voxora Solutions delivers custom-programmed software code bases, local repository assets, schema markups, and structural graphics. Legally binding Intellectual Property (IP) transfer to the client occurs exclusively upon the successful clearance of final project invoice values.
03. Financial Allocations & Milestones
All engineering transactions are managed securely via our main payment partner infrastructure network, Razorpay. We mandate a 50% technical engineering retainer fee for starting architectural system layouts. Deliverable structures are managed and sent according to milestones defined in your specific signed Statement of Work (SOW).
04. Perimeter Limiting & Dependency Liability
Voxora Solutions maintains zero downstream financial or operational liability for unexpected third-party provider hosting downtime, server pool overloads, or API lifecycle deprecations (including AWS instances, Supabase connections, Google Cloud matrices, or Meta APIs). We provide a mandatory 30-day structural hyper-care lifecycle post-deployment to correct initial bugs and verify codebase stability.
